Signed and dated (in 2018) by Wiegand in pencil at rear. Color photographs—predominantly object studies and landscapes—each bearing some thematic or aesthetic link to a noted 20th century photographer named at the bottom of each leaf (Eggleston, Weston, Meatyard, Gossage, etc). Thomas Wiegand (b. 1960) a German photographer and writer, author of a history of German photobooks, Deutschland im Fotobuch (Steidl, 2011).
