VALENZA, Roberto; Grace Dager; illus.

VALENZA, Roberto; Grace Dager; illus.

[Seattle?]: [Self-published], 1988. [34] leaves, photocopied to rectos only; b&w illus. 4to. Saddle-stapled in plain wraps. Moderate soiling to covers; crimping and wear at corners. Good to very good.

Collection of poems by Italian-American poet Roberto Valenza (1943-2010); spirited work, printed in a range of fonts reminiscent of WordPerfect PC days, and illustrated throughout with collages and MS Paint-style digital art by Grace Dager. Valenza noted for his participation in the 1970s Katmandu ex-pat poetry scene (including two books issued by Angus Maclise and Ira Cohen's Bardo Matrix imprint), and later a co-founder of Seattle's Red Sky Poetry Theatre. Scarce work, unrecorded in OCLC.
