Defendi, Donna Decker, Tom Savage, Ken Mikolowski, P. J. Flaming, et al. With black-and-white illustrations and reproduced photographs throughout. OCLC locates 7 institutions holding copies of this periodical, but only one so far we can determine with this issue (Yale).
