Catalog-cum-artist's book published in conjunction with a landmark 1989 exhibition of Prince's work at the Instituto Valenciano de Arte Moderno in Valencia, Spain. More than 200 color plates, with a preface by Corrine Disernes and Vicente Todoli, and a 1967 interview of Prince conducted by writer J. G. Ballard; chronology, bibliography, and list of works at rear. Book design by Bethany Johns. N.B. This edition presumably precedes the American edition issued jointly with Aperture for the exhibition's American debut at the Guggenheim, and differs in that there is no text (or price) on the wrapper flaps, no blurbs to rear cover, that the preface by Corrine Diserens and Vicente Todoli is in Spanish, etc.
