Presentation copy of this book about Dutch parapsychologist and psychic Gerard Croiset (1909-1980), who gained a degree of fame for assisting police in solving various cases (with rather mixed results). Pollack's inscription is to New York radio talk show host Long John Nebel (1911-1978), whose programs explored UFOs and other anomalous phenomena: "For Long John Nebel Whose own rare gifts include, I'm sure, clairvoyance." A nice association.
