Two pieces of ephemera related to maverick American composer Harry Partch (1901-1974), noted for his unique hand-constructed instruments and groundbreaking embrace of microtonal tuning scales. The BMI catalog contains excerpted writings about Partch, black-and-white photographs, a chronological list of compositions, etc. The single-sheet program was for a concert, "The Music and Instruments of Harry Partch," held in New York at the International Music Congress in September 1968.
