The first monograph dedicated to the photographic work of Hungarian multimedia artist and Bauhaus member Laszlo Moholy-Nagy (1898-1983). Edited by Franz Roh with book design ("entire get-up") by Jan Tschichold, and published just a year after their seminal thesis of the New Vision photography movement, Foto-Auge. An essay by Roh in German, English, and French, followed by sixty black-and-white plates. Issued as Fototek 1, the first of two total volumes in the series.
