Self-published photobook by Peruvian photographer Javier Silva Meinel (b. 1949), consisting of images of Peruvian indigenous populations—the subject for which he is best known—including scenes of religious rites, street musicians, nighttime processions, ceremonial costumes, etc. Most photos clearly shot at slow speed, the resulting motion blurs lending a dreamlike air. With an introductory poem by Antonio Cisneros, translated to English at rear. Scarce, and apparently unrecorded in Worldcat.
