Weiskopf from over 5,000 documents provided by Moscow's Ogonjok magazine, and Berlin's Unionbild. Images grouped according to theme, and with descriptive captions in German, French, and English. Foreword in French only. This French edition preceded by the German of 1931, Der Staat ohne Arbeitslose.
