Later edition of this collection of "essays, reviews and liner notes" on jazz music, originally published in 1967. This copy signed, inscribed, and dated in 1988 by Jones (1934-2014) as Amiri Baraka, the name he chose to adopt in 1968 following his conversion to Islam.
