Notable for a cover and seven interior images documenting Austrian artist Valie Export's notorious feminist performance piece "Action Pants: Genital Panic," in which she wears a pair of crotchless pants and wields a machine gun. Also seven images from Export's "Homo Meter" performance, in which she walked into the ocean with loaves of bread tied around her ankles. Additionally covers works by artists Bill Beckley, Silva Guberti, Franco Guerzoni, Armando Marocco, Albert Mayr, Annette Messager, Davide Mosconi, Fried Rosenstock, and Gianni-Emilio Simonetti.
