Title page signed Duncan and inscribed "For Kenneth with love, Robert." Below is a secondary gift inscription from Kenneth to Amy and Robert [Haller]. From the library of Robert Haller (1942-2021), a film curator and former executive director of New York's Anthology Film Archives. Uncommon title signed.
