The first American and first English-language edition of this unhinged work of mostly spurious celebrity gossip by American experimental filmmaker Kenneth Anger (1927-2023). This edition, which followed the French first of 1959, was reportedly banned within days of publication, remaining largely unavailable until the first hardcover edition of 1975. A rough but complete copy, priced to account for its faults.
