An overview of the history, effects, identification, and users of the psychedelic drug LSD. Reasonably factual, though clearly produced with cautionary if not alarmist intent. It remains unclear how—or to whom—the Sheriff's Department was disseminating this document; regardless, examples are quite scarce, with Worldcat reporting only four holdings, all of them apparently this 1967 printing, including one at the Library of Congress.
