A limited edition box set gathering reproductions of early works by American photographer and conceptual artist Mike Mandel (b. 1950), including a complete facsimile of Baseball-Photographer Trading Cards; a reprint of original proof sheets from the baseball shoots; 10 original Baseball-Photographer cards printed in 1975; a reprint of Myself: Timed Exposures; a reprint of Seven Never Before Published Portraits of Edward Weston; the previously unpublished projects People in Cars, Mrs. Kilpatric, and the Motel Project; related ephemera from the above projects, including a set of personal letters from SFMOMA curator Sandra S. Phillips; and a pamphlet titled "Chronology" containing publication information and Mandel's reflections on each of the projects. Already becoming rather scarce in the trade.
