An early annual report issued by the Foundation for Personality Expression (FPE or Phi Pi Epsilon), a national organization for heterosexual crossdressers. Founded by activist Virginia Prince in 1961, and initially known as the Hose and Heels Club, the FPE merged with another organization in 1976 to become the Society for the Second Self, or Tri-Ess, under which name it still exists today, albeit in somewhat diminished form. Contents here a mix of organizational news and statistics, financial statements, membership rosters, etc. We can find no OCLC records for this or other FPE annual reports.
