Very good (+), with a small dent to one of the boards, and some adhesive-related residue and soiling to the top of the textblock.
An artist's book featuring two spines, with the boards attached at both sides, making the contents by design inaccessible. Although dated 1980 on the textblock, a bibliography in a later publication of Olson's gives a 1979 date for this hardcover version of Double Bind. There was also a spiral-bound softcover version produced in 1978, in an edition of 100. The hardcover version's edition number is unknown, but presumably significantly smaller, given its relatively scant representation in OCLC, which at any rate locates only 13 copies of either format.
